If you experience problems accessing our catalog...

Our online catalog and ordering system is created with modern software tools to provide maximum convenience to you.  In order to view our catalog (and many other company's web-sites) you have to be using a browser that is capable of interpreting JavaScript.  The latest browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator 3.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later versions*) are JavaScript enabled.

Most of the problems that our customers have had in accessing our catalog are due to their use of an 'ancient' (in net years :-) ) browser.  If you need to upgrade, the following are sources for the latest browsers: After the browser software is downloaded you will have to install it on your machine.

Pop-up Windows
Sometimes our catalog will open a second browser window (for example when you want to see the color choices for one of our products).  We open this new window to prevent you from losing your place in the catalog.  When you finish with these windows they will close automatically.
Important: If your computer has software which stops pop-up windows you must disable it otherwise the catalog will not operate correctly.  If you receive a message such as 'Navigation blocked' it probably means that your computer is blocking our catalog's pop-ups.

JavaScript errors
If you have the latest browser installed, make sure that you have enabled JavaScript.


Cookie Errors
Our online catalog software uses Cookie technology to make navigating our catalog easy for you.  The cookies that it sends to your browser must be accepted by you or shopping in the catalog will be impossible.

If you are getting 'You are Cookieless!' errors or when responding to the 'Accept cookie?' question becomes annoying you can set your browser to silently accept cookies as follows:



Authority Certificate Errors
We use IntelliCatalog Inc.'s SSL Authentication Certificate.  Some browsers require you to manually accept this certificate.

AOL Users
Our conversations with AOL support personnel essentially results in the following suggestions:

WebTV Users
WebTV Users cannot access our web-site (and many other websites) because the technology used on our site is not supported by the limited browser capabilities provided with WebTV.  Specifically, our catalog uses 'scrolling frames' and JavaScript referenced multiple windows in order to make site navigation easy for shopping.
